COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Earth Star Chakra is part of the 12 chakra system and is a very important, but rarely discussed part of our energy body. You’ll be learning what this energy center is, and exploring its properties and purpose. We will then begin exploring how we can cultivate and navigate a more balanced 5th dimensional conscious connection with the human collective and the earth’s crystalline energy grid by actively working with this energy center. We’ll also be exploring healing exercises and practices in this course to help you activate, balance, and make use of your own Earth Star Chakra’s full potential. We will be clearing limiting earth contracts and programming from your Earth Star Chakra that prevent this energy center from functioning properly, and we will explore an energy attunement exercise as part of this course that will help you connect with the Earth’s energy and higher consciousness in new ways. If you’re interested in chakra healing, learning how to work with your energy body in new ways, and learning new ways to access higher levels of consciousness through energy activation, this course is for you!

COURSE CURRICULUM
Lesson 1: Earth Star Chakra Basics (~10 minutes)
Learn the basic concepts of the seven and twelve chakra systems and begin exploring one of the transpersonal chakras called the Earth Star Chakra as well as it’s function, location, color, and purpose.
Lesson 2: Exploring Earth Consciousness (~11 minutes)
Learn how we connect to different frequencies of the Earth’s crystalline grid through our Earth Star Chakra and how 3rd, 4th, and 5th dimensional consciousness can impact us in both positive and limiting ways.
Lesson 3: Earth Contracts Healing (~18 minutes)
This lesson contains a healing exercise where we will clear limiting contracts contained in our Earth Star Chakra and other energies that keep us limited to a 3rd Dimensional Earth Consciousness connection.
Lesson 4: 5th Dimensional Earth Grid Attunement (~17 minutes)
In this exercise, you will learn a practice for using your Earth Star Chakra to connect to different aspects of the Earth’s crystalline grid and you will receive an attunement to the 4th and 5th dimensional aspects of Earth’s grid and consciousness.
Lesson 5: Using Your Earth Star Chakra (~10 minutes)
You will learn what you might experience in your life after receiving the attunement in the last lesson and you will learn how you can apply the meditative practice we learned to every day circumstances in your life.
